Croy Managed Design and Construction Administration
This project involved the programming, design, and construction administration of an approximately 42,500-square-foot multi-use community recreation center.
Located in Adams Park, the one-story facility offers an open gymnasium boasting three multi-sport courts, a 5,200-square-foot mezzanine-level walking track, a gymnastics center, two fitness rooms, and office space. The Recreation Center was creatively designed to be constructed in two phases during the 2016 SPLOST. However, during permitting and with the approval of the 2022 referendum, both phases were released for construction simultaneously.
